I love a good time travel romance and this one had a good start. The heroine was smart and sassy thrown back in time and the hero was appealing. What I didn't like was that they were continually interrupted so they couldn't proceed with the physical part of the romance. There was a big set up to see each other at a masquerade ball and they both recognized each other. What no mystery romance to deepen the attraction?? This one is a little to PG for my liking.Product details

This is a really good romance story ! I just love time travel stories !! These are clean and a very interesting story !!
I have enjoyed every book of yours I have read. I have read two so far and have 3 more on my . I hope that when others read my review it will inspire them to read your books too.
I like time travel stories if they seem realistic. Shaelyn is not believable. I found her irritating and irrational. Not a very good story as written, too quirky for my liking.
I LOVED THIS BOOK AS I HAVE ALL THE OTHERS I HAVE READ FROM THIS AUTHOR I ONLY FOUND HER A SHORT WHILE AGO AND SO FAR HAVE READ THREE OF HER BOOKS AND AM CURRENTLY ON MY FOURTH.
THE STORIES ARE SO LOVELY AND I EASILY GET SWEPT UP IN THEM AS THOUGH I WERE THERE MYSELF.
I WOULD RECOMEND ALL THESE BOOKS TO THOSE WHO LOVE ROMANCE AND THOSE WHO STILL REMEMBER
THIS BOOK WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!! It was so good that I can't stand the fact that I have just read the last page! It was action packed, and very romantic with out the filth some put in their books. Just plain old sweet romance. GREAT Job. Read it PEOPLE.
Excellent book....!!!! I did not realize this was, in a way, book 1 of a two part story. I read "River of Dreams" (first) and then "Distant Dreams", which is the reverse of the way the progression of the story goes. They were so good that after I finished "Distant Dreams" I am now re-reading "River of Dreams". I highly recommend both of these books, but better to read them in order "Distant Dreams" and then "River of Dreams".

This is the second book by Jenny Lykins that I have read. The last chapters really had me guessing. Even though this is fiction, Jenny Lykins makes it seem so real. It is a touching story of love and trust when things seem unbelievable. I couldn't stop reading to learn the outcome.
